"I've been with State Farm for 17 years and never had this kind of garbage service, no one seems to know what they are doing. You can literally never get hold of them on the phone. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here. Save yourself a headache and being lied to. Its more work than it should be. Would give a 0 out of 5 stars if I could. STAY AWAY. EDIT: I am not friends with my new agents husband I'm not sure where you are getting that info, and It takes at least 4 - 5 calls to get through to your office. If you want to make it right your office manager Christa "supposedly" left you a message to call me over 2 weeks ago, and said I'd hear from you in a few days but failed to let me know you just happen to have been on vacation since sometime in late November. Your whole office can't seem to get their facts straight."

"I have been a customer of Lindsey Yates office since I was a teenager and started driving. Now I at 41 I am an employee (full disclosure). A little background on Mr. Yates; after the 04 hurricanes this agent grabbed a chainsaw and helped get limbs off of some homes and opened his office with no electricity to write checks on the spot so customers could get a place to stay or get emergency supplies. Today, this agent will sit and talk with you about YOU and what is going on in YOUR life and even pray with you if need it. This employer allows me to send business to a competitor if we don't have what the client needs. He truly does what is best for the client rather than for the money. Mr. Yates has never once asked me to make a sale that was not in the best interests of the client therefore I cannot recommend Mr. Yates more for your insurance needs."
