I am a 51 year veteran agent for State Farm Insurance, a native of Polk County, born and raised in Bartow, Florida. After graduating from "Polk Community College" as a charter student (it was temporarily located at the Bartow Air Base) I served in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1970 and was honorably discharged with the rank of Staff Sergeant. In 2005 I finished my degree in Human Services and Graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland. For decades I have been an active supporter of Youth for Christ of Polk Co. I have written two books about our faith including "Behold the Man" in 2014 (on the humanity of Jesus) and "Who is My Brother" (on the division of the church), written in 2019. I am personally involved in my agency and stress the importance to my employees of being friends with our customers, as well as insurance professionals. My agency handles customers from many cities around Winter Haven including Bartow, Lakeland, Haines City, Lake Wales and Auburndale.
